Penne For Your Thoughts

There’s dumpling I have been meating to tell

you.

I know it seems impastabowl,

But I’ve been absinthe-minded lately,

And I’m getting a sense of dijon vu.

I’m just arugula girl, after all,

And my hands are Thaid.

Your special day is a big dill, and I must admit

that

I forgot it.

I’ll try to bacon vincing

And ignore the pear pressure.

I donut want to be cheesy,

So can we celebrate sherbert day late,

And have A1-derful time?

We can kill two birds with one scone.

If you can’t beet them, join them, right?

Kale them with kindness?

I have a proposition to dye for,

Because you’ve always been here when I’ve

kneaded you,

And we should go and have some pi and watch

The Millennium Falcone, Key and Peele, and

the Downtown Crabby ads

During the Super Bowl.

It’ll be a lot of pun –

I hope you’re excited.
